The course requires 3 days of classroom attendance. During this time you will prepare for a practical session on day three. Here you will deliver your very own micro lesson to the group and watch / support each other.

The theoretical knowledge gained from the taught lectures and discussions on the course will be used to write three essays. Help is given to start these, but you will typically finish them at home post course. Train Aid will mark a draft copy of each essay for you.

Once the final essays are submitted and marked you will be awarded with a nationally recognised teaching qualification. This will look great on your CV and help you move forward with your career.
