This is the highest paediatric first aid qualification that can be taken within the workplace. In the classroom, learners can expect to be taught a core set of lifesaving skills that could be used to save the life of an infant / child in an emergency.
The classroom day is assessed through practical observation and multiple-choice questions at the end of the day.
The e-learning module comprises seven interactive sections that can be completed on a smartphone, tablet, or computer. The module is assessed through questions, puzzles, and other interactive content.
The minimum age for this nationally recognised course is 16. Please note that younger learners can still complete a non-regulated equivalent if supervised by an adult.
