What's involved?

The format to this webinar course is very similar to our three day classroom course. The first two days will cover the theoretical content for the three units, preparing you to answer the written assessments. Your live video tutor will guide you through the topics, facilitating activities between you and your online peers.

The third day will be the practical assessment day, where each learner on the course will deliver a live video 15 minute micro-teach on a subject of their choice.

After the three days you will be given a calendar month to submit your three written assessments and we have a dedicated submissions team that are happy to provide feedback during this period.

What you get out of it

Upon successful completion of the webinar course you will receive the nationally accredited teacher training qualification, the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF).

The course is designed to give you the confidence to deliver your own subject matter more effectively, considering the techniques and styles required to suit your learners needs. The practical element of the course should highlight your strengths and areas for improvement a a teacher/trainer, enabling you to improve your own practice.

Who's it for?

This course is designed for anyone that would like to gain a teaching qualification for delivering their own subject. You could be at the start of a journey to becoming a fully qualified teacher or simply looking to deliver a vocational subject within your community.

There is often a mixture of very experienced practitioners looking to gain a formal qualification to compliment their delivery and novices that are just starting out in teaching. Both ends of the spectrum can gain a great deal from this qualification.

What will I learn?

There are three units:
Unit A - Roles and responsibilities of a teacher/trainer
Unit B - Inclusive practice
Unit C - Assessment

The live webinar course will guide you through each unit step by step, preparing you thoroughly for the assessments.
