This course is suitable for anyone who wants to learn the full range of first aid skills available in the workplace. This includes construction workers, hospitality (including events), factories, and warehouses (where machinery is used).
It is recommended that low-risk businesses with over 100 people should have at least one person certified in first aid at work, e.g., schools. Within high-risk industries, all first aiders should complete this course.
Learners whose current certificates have expired by more than 28 days should enrol on the Level 3 First Aid at Work (3 Day) qualification.
The certificate cannot be used for individual trainers registering with Qualsafe & Highfield or security trainers registering with Highfield. It is recognised by all other awarding bodies.
The minimum age for this nationally recognised course is 16. Please note that younger learners can still complete a non-regulated equivalent if supervised by an adult.
