The course is suitable for anyone who is responsible for people where anaphylaxis could be a risk. This includes when the condition is known and when it is not. The following groups may benefit, and many more:

This course can also be completed with groups of learners on your own premises. This includes practice with the two main types of auto-injector pens currently available through the NHS. 

This course is assessed through practical observation and multiple-choice questions.

Upon enrollment, you are emailed a link to start the course. It consists of five interactive modules which combine lectures, video tutorials, and puzzles. It can be completed on a smartphone, tablet, or computer, and you can take breaks and resume your work.

The course concludes with a 10-question, learning-process-based assessment. There is an opportunity to revisit areas where a wrong answer is given.
