Terms And Conditions

Booking Terms
Payment is due seven days prior to the start of the course unless otherwise agreed.

A purchase order will be required at the time of booking

Cancellation policy - All cancellations must be made in writing by email or post failure to attend without prior notice will result in the full amount of the course being due.

On-site courses - a charge of 25% of the full course cost will be incurred if the course is cancelled 10 days before the date of the course, after which the full cost of the course will be incurred.

We reserve the right to withhold certificates until we have received remittance for the full cost of the course.


Attendees must adhere to the time schedule set out. Failure to attend and participate in any of the course will result in the trainee being excluded from the final examination.
