What's involved

Candidates can expect an informal and relaxed set up, which is hosted by an experienced first aid instructor. The instructor demonstrates each practical skill, and then allows people time to practice themselves

Working in small groups candidates practise on real life dummies and each other - with the full support from the instructor. There is also a chance to field questions and debate / share experiences amongst each other.

What you get out of it

On completion candidates are awarded an electronic Paediatric First Aid (6 Hour) certificate. The qualification is nationally recognised, valid for three years and can be used towards the Voluntary Ofsted Childcare Register.
