What's involved?

Our electronic resources guide you through the qualification step by step. The first unit is assessed via a written assignment, where our presentation with audio recordings for each criteria provides suggested content for each question. 

The practical unit requires you to complete four workplace assessments,observing and questioning two candidates in their work role. We provide guidance and templates for these, which can be submitted and assessed electronically.

The overall aim of the course is to achieve a nationally accredited workplace assessing qualification. This means you are fully qualified to assess employees competencies within work environments that you are qualified and competent in yourself.
