The Basic Life Support course can be completed in house at your own venue, and at a time to suit your business needs. This includes weekdays, evenings and on weekends. Group training can work out more cost effective, leading to an informative and enjoyable course for your staff members.

What's involved?

Once the training has been scheduled an expert first aider will arrive at your premises to deliver the training. Each candidate receives a textbook, work pack and individual support throughout the course.

Basic life support is a 3 hour qualification with a small break mid way through.

What you get out of it

Candidates on successful completion of the course are awarded the Basic Life Support certificate. These are delivered electronically to the bookers inbox and are valid for a three year period. The certificates demonstrate a competence in first aid and carry three hours of continual professional development (CPD).

Who's it for?

This course is aimed at anyone who wants to learn basic first aid skills. This includes the following groups:

Care Workers
Sports Coaches

There is no minimum age, unlike other courses, which opens the door to schools, youth clubs, young martial arts clubs, boxing gyms and other similar clubs.

Unconscious Casualty
Recovery Position
Adult Resuscitation (CPR)
Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
Choking casualty
