AED Defibrillator Training - Online

AED defibrillator training introduces the topic of the AED in both the workplace and public settings. The condition of cardiac arrest is explored and the role the AED can play in saving lives. Expect to learn how to use an AED during a real life cardiac arrest.

What's involved?

Once booked, candidates are emailed access instructions and can then begin. The course consists of four interactive modules, which combine theory, questions, puzzles and videos. This can be completed on a computer, tablet or smartphone.

The online course is a learning process whereby it is possible to redo incorrect answers and it concludes with a 10 question multiple choice assessment.

What you get out of it

Candidates receive an electronic certificate on completion of the course which proves their competence in the use of an AED.

Most importantly, candidates will have new found confidence to use the AED if a real life cardiac arrest happens in or out of the workplace.
