Our first aid training courses set out to teach candidates the full range of lifesaving skills in an easy to follow format. Various different teaching methods are used to accommodate each individuals preferred learning style. There is a hands on approach on all of the courses with a strong emphasis placed on linking the content to the individual workplace. Our aim is to ensure each candidate gains a much greater knowledge to deal with potential life threatening incidents.
The education and training courses prepare learners for the teaching environment and the skills required to become an effective teacher. The Award in Education and Training replaces the old PTLLS course and is the entry level for post 16 teaching sector. The Certificate in Education and Training replaces the old CTLLS course and is the pathway to full teacher status. Many learners in this sector also require the assessing and verifying qualifications to compliment their job roles.
Our paediatric provision courses are designed for the specific needs of the childcare industry. Many of the courses in this field are mandatory, therefore they can be grouped together and taught over several days or via distance learning. They aim to prepare the workforce for the risks associated in the industry including child protection, food safety, allergies and first aid.
