With the introduction of new regulations by Airport Authorities, an assessor qualification for trainers (for certain training aspects) has become a mandated requirement. Train Aid, who deliver our Level 3 AET, were able to provide us with the necessary training to achieve this qualification.
Their team met with us to plan the schedule for the training and offered solutions that would work in our hectic and security-focused environment.
Train Aid spent a week ensuring all trainers met the qualification requirement - and were professional, informative and supportive to our training team throughout the process. We would not hesitate to use Train Aid again in the future, when further trainers require the assessor qualification.
