How can I learn so much in such a short space of time?
The PTLLS level 3 courses are run over 4 days, but what an action packed set of days they are. The training is delivered using a variety of different methods including Lecture, Discussions / Debates, Scenarios and Micro Lessons. There is a great opportunity to bond with fellow budding teachers, and by the end of the course new friends are often made. Throughout the four days your instructor is always on hand to help. There will be plenty of time to draft your essays and as much time as you require to practice your micro lesson.

What’s a Micro Lesson? I’m not sure I am confident enough
PTLLS Courses include a micro lesson in order for you to gain real life teaching practice. In the opening days of the course you will learn how to plan & prepare a lesson plan, and you will then put this into action on Day 3. Delivering your chosen subject lesson for 15 minutes to your fellow peers gives you invaluable teaching experience, and sets you up for the real life world of teaching.
By enrolling on the course we assume you have a knowledge base in a chosen field. We will take you to the level where you can teach your chosen subject field. Your PTLLS training instructor is available throughout and after the course to make sure you become certificated to PTLLS Level 3.
